Warranty

All items manufactured by Raman Systems Inc. (end-user products, OEM modules and complete systems) are warranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery of the order.

The warranty does not include the computer or products manufactured by third parties. The warranty on the computer is transferred directly to the end-user and hence end-users are requested to contact the computer manufacturer directly in connection with any service related issues.
