RSL Plus
The handheld "Point, Click, Done" Solution for Material Identification (recently featured on the CBS show CSI -Video)
(Download The RSL Plus Datasheet)
Introduction
The RSL Plus packs a full-featured Raman system in a true hand-held unit and is very competitive priced. The unit is controlled by a miniature Windows computer and its RSI-Scan software enables fast point-and-click spectral recording. The optional RSI-Ident stores libraries of industry standard SPC formatted spectra; its one touch data acquisition gives an instant readout of identified substances.
Benefits

Price Performance.  Our breakthrough technologies enable the world most affordable handheld Raman Spectrometer -The RSL Plus.  Its easy-to-use RSI-Scan software enables the user to collect spectra with just one click. This is the portable Raman spectrometer that was featured in an episode of CSI Miami and a cave exploring documentary by NASA scientists on the National Geography Channel.

Comprehensive. RSL plus comes complete with everything needed to carry out Raman spectroscopy. This includes a stainless steel-encased fiber optic sampling probe, a set of focusing probe caps for solid and liquid sampling, calibration standards and a miniature computer built right into the unit loaded with Windows and RSI-Scan software.

Simplicity of Operation. The newly designed RSIQ software allows true point-and-click operation. Sample spectra, including automatic dark current subtraction, takes only a matter of seconds. One touch instrument verification enables spectra to be recorded within seconds of powering up.

Adaptability. The optional RSI-Ident software enables the user to put thousands of reference spectra at one's fingertips by reading and storing any of the commercially available spectral libraries that conform to the universal SPC file format. With true point-and-click operation this software identifies an unknown in seconds. The user can create custom libraries just as easily as loading commercially available ones.
